These Terms of Service ("Terms", "Terms of Service"), along with our Privacy Policy ("Privacy", "Privacy Policy") govern your ("Customer", "User" or "you") use of Services delivered by AiBrary AI Group, Inc. ("AiBrary", "Company", "we", "our", "us"), along with any associated software, products, and services that we offer (all together "Services").
(a) "Service": any product, service, interface, software, or web page provided by us.
(b) "Provider": any company, individual, or entity exposing a language model for usage through an endpoint, which we make available as part of the Service.
(c) "Account": an online account registered by you for the purpose of using the Services.
(d) "Input Data": all inputs, queries, prompts, and refinements submitted by you using the Services to be sent to Providers in connection with the delivery of the Services.
(e) "Output Data": all responses, creations, or other outputs generated by the Providers Services in response to Input Data submitted via the Services on your behalf.
(f) "Content": any Input Data and Output Data you submit or receive while interacting with the Service.
(g) "Credits": usage tokens that may be acquired either through purchase or giveaway. Credits are consumed when using parts of the Service that may incur charges.
Liability. You recognize that you are responsible for Content, including ensuring that it does not violate any applicable law or these Terms.
Ownership. As between you and AiBrary, and to the extent permitted by applicable law, you (a) retain your ownership rights in Input Data and (b) own the Output Data. We hereby assign to you all our right, title, and interest, if any, in and to Output Data.
Our Use of Content. We may store and use Content to provide, maintain, develop, and improve our Services. Content is stored by default, in an anonymized manner. We provide the option to turn off Content storage through the User Console. If Content storage is turned off, we will not store Content to improve our Services, but we will still track token usage and API calls for billing purposes.
Accuracy. You should not rely on Output from our Services as a sole source of truth or factual information, or as a substitute for professional advice. You must evaluate Output for accuracy and appropriateness for your use case, including using human review as appropriate, before using or sharing Output from the Services.
Limitations. You must not use any Output relating to a person for any purpose that could have a legal or material impact on that person, such as making credit, educational, employment, housing, insurance, legal, medical, or other important decisions about them.
